You may already know me as Delvin Chatterson, author.
I’m now introducing myself as the Chief Cheerleader and Vice-Chair for Crime Writers of Canada, and I’m asking you to join me in supporting the organisation to help develop and promote Canadian crime writing.
The turbulent and troubled world needs more Canada and needs to be more aware of Canadian crime writing worth reading. You may already know and appreciate our great Canadian crime writers like Louise Penny, Linwood Barclay, Rick Mofina, Robyn Harding, William Deverell, Peter Robinson, and Giles Blunt, among many others and have already read their books.
You can help us present them to readers worldwide and to develop new talented writers who are working hard to write better books and reach more readers.

Save on your taxes in April and donate now to support Crime Writers of Canada – for crime writing worth reading. The deadline for 2024 tax deductible donations to CWC as a National Arts Service Organisation has been extended by the Canada Revenue Agency to February 28th.

Crime Writers of Canada is seeking additional funding that will allow us to pursue our ambitious objectives of expanding and upgrading services for the development and support of crime writing and raising the profile of the organisation and our writers.
Your donation may be directed to Writer Development Programs, Author Events and Conferences, or to General Administration and Operations. Any donation is a vote of confidence in our efforts and every donation provides a jolt of energy and enthusiasm for us to tackle the ambitious plans and projects ahead of us.
